We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
- European Union: 6–12 business days. All EU taxes (VAT) are included in your price, so no surprise fees at the door.
- Switzerland: 8–15 business days. No import charges on orders of this value.
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days.
Shipping is €3.90 for single Corklets and free on all 2-packs and 4-packs. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Our products are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse; if your order ships from outside your country, transit times above already account for it.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. On top of that, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you don't love your Corklet, we'll refund you.
To withdraw, use the button below or email [email protected] with your order number. We'll confirm receipt of your withdrawal right away and refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Returns & refunds
- Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of your withdrawal notice (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment).
- Damaged or defective on arrival? Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund right away, no return needed.
